Non-encapsulated dry-type family · image-table rows kept separate
Tianwei's SG11 / SG(B)11 offering uses a non-encapsulated dry-type construction described with Nomex insulation and vacuum-pressure impregnation. Its original image table provides a useful 145 °C load-loss reference and two different SG(B)11-630 rows; those differences must survive the quotation process.

What non-encapsulated and VPI describe
The manufacturer describes an H-class three-phase dry-type family. Its text names Nomex insulation in high- and low-voltage coils, repeated varnish impregnation using vacuum-pressure equipment, outer H-class insulation and curing. This is a stated construction route, different from treating the unit as an epoxy-resin cast-coil product.
The source also makes material-temperature and partial-discharge statements. They do not establish your selected transformer's ambient-temperature rating, winding temperature-rise guarantee or measured discharge result. Ask for the complete insulation system, operating limits and test conditions on the proposed design; do not use the insulation material's description as a substitute for a unit rating.

Keep each performance-table row intact
The numerical schedule is an image in the original page. This review reads the displayed table rather than treating the absence of HTML numbers as an absence of source data.
The image explicitly labels load loss at 145 °C. Keep that temperature with every transcribed load-loss value. A comparison with another catalogue's 120 °C schedule is not automatically a matched-condition comparison. Ask for supplier guarantees normalized to the basis required by your project rather than ranking the raw table values.
The table shares a Yyn0-or-Dyn11 connection cell and a voltage/tapping cell among several rows. It does not identify one final nameplate combination for your order. This remains a family record: the examples above are not imported as a single scalar loss or impedance for the whole SG11 series.

| Printed row | No-load / load loss | Impedance and interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| SG(B)11-630 — first row | 1,200 W / 6,290 W = 1.200 / 6.290 kW | 4%; retain this complete row. |
| SG(B)11-630 — second row | 1,170 W / 6,400 W = 1.170 / 6.400 kW | 6%; a separate configuration, not an alternative cell to combine with the first row. |
| SG(B)11-1000 | 1,590 W / 8,760 W = 1.590 / 8.760 kW | 6%; a different printed model row. |

Make the installation part of the proposed design
The original overview lists broad building, transport and industrial applications. Those examples do not certify every unit for a specific building, hazardous location or specialist installation. Give the supplier the actual site, room environment, ventilation arrangement, electrical interfaces and required operating duty.
Ask for the selected enclosure and cooling arrangement, final dimensions and mass, terminal positions, temperature monitor and alarm/trip interfaces. The process description does not establish which accessories are included in the quoted package or the clearance and ventilation requirements at your site.
Select the electrical row
Identify the required capacity/model, winding ratio, frequency, taps, connection and impedance rather than quoting only SG11.
Select the site package
State room conditions, enclosure/cooling needs, access constraints and control interfaces; obtain the matching drawings.
Resolve the operating limits
Request insulation-system, temperature-rise and duty information for the delivered revision, not only a material description.
Set the evidence and delivery milestones before ordering
Agree the numerical guarantee schedule and the required test/report scope for the chosen row. Reports should identify the supplied unit or the expressly agreed design scope, with rating and reference conditions. The manufacturer's partial-discharge wording does not by itself supply a report, acceptance threshold or witnessing record.
No current price or lead-time range was verified. Request an offer with quantity, currency, trade term, validity, accessories, tests, packing and delivery destination. Ask for drawing approval, manufacturing, test and dispatch milestones and the event from which the lead-time clock runs. A table row is not proof of stock availability.

Prepare a row-specific SG11 enquiry
Identify the row and the installation before asking bidders to return a price. The checklist does not certify that a published application matches your project.

Buyer questions
Why are there two SG(B)11-630 rows?
The original table prints separate 4% and 6% impedance configurations with different losses. Keep each row intact and ask the supplier which is proposed.
Is the 145 °C figure the permitted room temperature?
No. It labels the table's load-loss reference. Ambient and winding operating limits must be obtained for the selected unit.
Does Nomex wording prove the complete delivered unit's operating temperature?
No. The material and process description needs to be connected to the proposed insulation system, rating and test evidence.
Can the series record be compared as one exact model?
No. Select the row and voltage/connection arrangement first. Series examples should not be collapsed into one guaranteed set of scalar values.
Sources and research scope
The original page and its performance-table image were read on 14 October 2026. Numerical examples preserve individual rows and the 145 °C reference; they are not guarantees for the whole family. No current quotation, delivered-unit test report, exact order configuration or availability confirmation was obtained.
