Information you provide

Accounts, factory applications and inquiries store the contact and project information you submit. Inquiry content is available to the buyer, assigned approved factory accounts and authorized platform operators.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information to create or sign in to your buyer account. We store the account identifier, name and email needed for this purpose. We do not request access to your Gmail inbox, contacts or Google Drive. Google credentials are not used for advertising. You can revoke access through your Google Account and contact us to request deletion of your platform account; revoking Google access alone does not delete records held by this platform.

Security and context

Authentication and business records include request IP address, browser information, language and available user-reported timezone. Region is unknown unless a configured source supplies it. Necessary session cookies protect login and forms.

Cookies and website analytics

We use necessary session cookies to operate the website and protect login and forms. Google Analytics 4 and 51LA are enabled by default on eligible public pages to measure visits and device/browser information. The cookie notice explains this use; dismissing it only hides the notice and does not enable or disable analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Session recording and automatic form tracking are disabled. Private inquiry text and account details are not sent to analytics. Private account and admin pages are excluded, except for a normalized inquiry-success event without inquiry content.

Invitations and email

Invitation recipients can unsubscribe. If email tracking is enabled, pixel and link requests may be recorded; they are not proof of human reading. In local preview mode messages are stored privately and are not sent externally.
