Make one rating sheet from the series options
A capacity range tells you where to start asking. It does not fix the losses, impedance or installation package for a particular capacity.
Ask the supplier to return one consolidated sheet against your project diagram. Capacity, connection, impedance and insulation choices should not be combined by picking the most attractive value from each range. The structured product record keeps the 4–10% figure in its condition note rather than pretending it is the impedance of a particular unit.
A family photograph and the SCB name identify the product category. They do not establish the exact enclosure, winding materials, dimensions, mass or accessories that will be delivered.

Ask what the forced-air rating actually covers
The manufacturer's overview advertises operation at 150% of rated load under forced-air cooling. It does not provide a model-specific duration, ambient condition or complete temperature-rise record alongside that claim. Do not convert it into a continuous 1.5-times-capacity guarantee for your chosen unit.
State your normal and exceptional duty separately. Ask for the selected cooling arrangement, continuous rating, fan/controller package, alarm contacts and the conditions under which any overload provision is offered. Include the room's actual ventilation and ambient conditions; an indoor label alone does not define the installation.

Request a loss schedule that can be compared
The reviewed series record has no numerical no-load/load-loss schedule for an identified model and capacity. Do not infer loss values from the SCB12/14/18 suffixes, a general energy-saving statement or another manufacturer's table. Ask for the selected unit's guaranteed no-load loss, load loss and reference temperature.
The retained technical table names standards for energy efficiency and dry-type transformers, but citing those documents is not proof that a supplied unit has been independently tested. Ask for the applicable edition and destination requirements, then obtain the reports required for the actual configuration and supplying entity.
Agree the comparison condition
Fix capacity, voltage, frequency, taps, connection and cooling, then name the loss reference conditions.
Obtain the guarantee
Request numerical guarantees and tolerances in the returned schedule instead of a series-wide efficiency adjective.
Match the evidence
Specify the test/report scope, unit identification and any witnessing needed before shipment.

Compare the complete indoor supply package
Start the purchasing comparison with a shared scope: transformer rating, enclosure, fans, temperature control, terminals, test documents, packing and destination. Ask for final drawings and installation instructions so the electrical and building teams can review the same package before order release.
The product page does not establish a current price range or delivery period. Request an itemized quotation with currency, quantity, validity and a named trade term. Identify whether freight, taxes, installation and commissioning are excluded rather than assuming a headline equipment price covers them.
Separate engineering approval from manufacturing and shipment. Ask the bidder to state the lead-time start event and to give dates for approved drawings, agreed testing, dispatch and arrival. If the offer changes from the quoted 10/0.4 kV duty to a non-standard ratio, request a revised technical return and schedule.

Buyer questions
Does 4–10% identify the impedance of the transformer I will receive?
No. It is a published series range. Obtain the selected rating's impedance and its reference conditions on the proposal.
Is the advertised 150% loading a continuous guarantee?
That conclusion is not supported by the reviewed overview. Ask for the chosen model's cooling, duration, ambient and temperature-rise conditions.
Can I derive losses from the SCB model suffix?
No. Request the selected configuration's numerical no-load and load-loss guarantees with their test/reference basis.
Does the manufacturer image show the quoted enclosure and accessories?
It illustrates the listed series. The offered equipment package must be established through the proposal, drawings and scope list.
