For ordinary distribution projects, the company introduction describes oil-immersed transformers at 35 kV and below, with individual ratings up to 31,500 kVA. It also describes dry-type transformers below 35 kV and dual-voltage oil-immersed and dry-type designs identified as 20/10 kV. The oil-immersed capacity statement should not be transferred to every dry-type or special-purpose design.
For industrial projects, Zhongte lists rectifier, furnace and grounding transformers as separate equipment families. A useful first inquiry identifies the connected process rather than asking only for a kVA price. A rectifier specification needs the converter arrangement and electrical duty; a furnace requirement needs the process and operating cycle; a grounding requirement needs the network arrangement and fault-duty specification. These are questions to resolve in the proposed design, not performance claims about the catalogue.
