Include that entity in a quotation request and document schedule, particularly when a purchasing record uses an English transliteration that could also refer to a similarly named business.

The company introduction describes development and production of distribution-transformer families. Its product pages are best read as three separate supply routes: oil-immersed equipment, dry-type equipment and boxed or prefabricated substations. Start by deciding whether the order is a replacement transformer for an existing installation or a complete new distribution package. That decision changes the information needed from the supplier and the work that remains at the site.

The dry-type list includes epoxy cast-resin SC(B)10/11/12 at 10/20 kV and SC(B)13 at 10 kV. It separately lists SCB14-NX2 and SCB18-NX1, SCBH15 amorphous dry-type distribution transformers and SG(B)10 environmentally oriented dry-type equipment. The SG(B) description discusses an H-class insulation system; that statement belongs to that published product route rather than all dry-type models.

For an indoor installation, provide the enclosure requirement, ventilation arrangement, access clearances and temperature-monitoring interfaces. Ask the factory to identify cast-resin or other insulation construction in its offer and state the rating under the proposed cooling arrangement. A series name alone does not establish the final enclosure, noise, loss or winding-material requirements for a building project.

These choices affect more than appearance. Provide a single-line diagram showing incoming supplies, metering, protection and outgoing circuits. For a buried package, include the civil arrangement, access and environmental conditions; for a photovoltaic or wind package, include the generation-side interface and operating duty. Request an equipment schedule that states which components Pangxin supplies and which remain the purchaser's responsibility.

The website's substation text cites older standard editions in some descriptions. Set the contract's required standard editions explicitly in the enquiry and ask the supplier to reconcile them with its current offer. Do not adopt an old catalogue citation as the acceptance basis simply because it appears beside the product name.

The catalogue uses NX2 for S20-M and SCB14, and NX1 for S22-M and SCB18. Those are the manufacturer's published labels. To compare offers, request the relevant rating row and its guaranteed no-load loss, load loss and impedance, with winding material, voltage ratio, tap position and reference conditions stated together. Ask which standard edition and efficiency requirement the proposed design will satisfy.

This is particularly important when comparing an oil-filled S22 offer with a dry-type SCB18 offer: their series labels do not turn two different constructions into one directly comparable duty. Set the same project requirements and a consistent loss-evaluation method before assessing the commercial proposals. Keep the final values in the technical schedule attached to the quotation.
