MANUFACTURER PROFILE
Distribution, 35 kV dry-type and 110/220 kV oil-filled routes, with ratings, certificates and tests kept separate.
Jiangsu Huachen Transformer Co., Ltd. (江苏华辰变压器股份有限公司; Shanghai stock code 603097) publishes oil-filled, dry-type and renewable-energy substation equipment. Its 2025 half-year disclosure gives family envelopes up to 25,000 kVA for 35 kV dry-type equipment, 63,000 kVA for the 110 kV oil-filled route and 300,000 kVA for 220 kV oil-filled equipment. Use those dated ranges to choose a product route, then request a model-specific schedule. The certificate records below keep management systems, product certification and laboratory records separate.

The 2025 annual report names Jiangsu Huachen, stock code 603097, and the Xuzhou registered and office address above. The manufacturer’s company history gives establishment in 2007 and listing in May 2022. Use the exact Chinese legal name in the quotation and supporting documents, including where a separately named subsidiary or package supplier performs part of the work.
The company sells both transformer components and integrated substations. A split-winding transformer is not the same supply scope as an inverter or converter step-up package: agree which transformer, switchgear, conversion equipment, controls, enclosure and commissioning work are actually included.
The table transcribes product-family descriptions in the 2025 half-year report, pages 12–13. These are upper limits, not a claim that every intervening rating and voltage pairing is offered.

| Disclosed product route | HV / LV description | Rated-capacity envelope |
|---|---|---|
| Dry-type distribution | HV ≤35 kV; LV generally 0.4 kV | ≤2,500 kVA |
| 35 kV dry-type power transformer | HV 35 kV; LV 3.15–11 kV | ≤25,000 kVA |
| Oil-filled distribution | HV ≤35 kV; LV generally 0.4 kV | ≤2,500 kVA |
| 110 kV oil-filled power transformer | HV 110 kV; LV 3.15–35 kV | ≤63,000 kVA |
| 220 kV oil-filled power transformer | HV 220 kV; LV 6.3–66 kV | ≤300,000 kVA |
The 2025 annual report also presents oil-filled equipment at 220 kV and below, but does not repeat this numerical capacity table. The half-year table remains a dated reference for the envelopes shown here. Request the current selected-model data sheet, frequency, tap range, connection group, cooling and insulation schedule rather than combining the largest values from unrelated families.
The 220 kV description includes vertical winding, vapour-phase drying and coil pressing. For procurement, connect those process statements to winding and drying records for the ordered equipment, dimensional control and the agreed inspection plan. They describe manufacturing methods, not the measured performance of a particular unit.

| Manufacturer’s model / route | Published detail | What to specify in the offer |
|---|---|---|
| SC(B)18 dry-type | The product page labels it efficiency grade 1 and cites GB 20052-2020 | Exact capacity, voltages, loss guarantees and applicable standard edition |
| S18 / S20 / S22 oil-filled families | The index labels these grades 3 / 2 / 1 respectively | Match the offered design and efficiency data; the series name is not a loss table |
| SZ13-20000/35 | The 35 kV page names this prototype in a short-circuit-test statement | Obtain the report and identify the design correspondence to the offered 20,000 kVA, 35 kV unit |
| SF renewable double-split route | The page states voltage class 40.5 kV and below, with two LV branches | State branch ratings and operating arrangement; the page provides no numerical capacity envelope |
The website is unversioned and some descriptions are abbreviated. Keep the series name, published family envelope and offered model as separate fields in the technical schedule. The SC(B)18 page’s reference to the 2020 efficiency standard is retained as a source detail; agree the edition and required performance for the destination project with the supplier.
For a double-split design, ask how the two LV branches are rated and operated when one branch is unavailable. Specify converter interfaces and relevant impedance conditions. For an integrated renewable package, also request a single-line diagram and itemised scope so that enclosure and switching equipment are priced on the same basis.
The following records belong to the listed issuer in the 2024 prospectus application, appendix of major certifications, printed pages 1-1-229 to 1-1-230. Dates are the disclosed dates.

Ask for the current certificate before relying on any of these records. The two records marked expired are historical. The appendix also lists separately held subsidiary certificates, which are not assigned to the listed issuer here.
Ask for a current certificate and scope matching the manufacturer, production location and relevant activity. A management-system certificate covers organisational processes; ask separately for the product certificate and a model-specific test report.

These are selected numbers from the same issuer-certification appendix, issued by China Quality Certification Centre. The appendix gives neither the covered product descriptions nor model annexes. Ask Huachen which products each number covers before using it to meet a tender requirement. Obtain the product name, model list and current status before using any number to satisfy a transformer requirement.

Huachen’s 35 kV product page says an SZ13-20000/35 prototype passed a sudden short-circuit test at the National Transformer Testing Center. The page does not give the report number, test date or complete report. Treat this as a manufacturer-published test reference and request those documents for comparison with the offered design.
The company’s laboratory announcement dated 15 January 2026 describes CNAS recognition. It is a separate record: request the laboratory accreditation number and scope, then check that the required methods fall within that scope.
A practical inspection schedule connects the design to the serial-numbered unit: agreed losses and impedance, winding resistance and ratio, dielectric and other specified tests, inspection points and signed release documents. Include the report references, applicable standards and any witness requirements in the order, then use this platform’s RFQ to request the defined component or package.

Prepare an RFQ for HUACHENIt is the upper envelope disclosed for the 220 kV oil-filled family in the 2025 half-year report. Distribution, 35 kV dry-type and 110 kV routes have separate envelopes.
The prospectus appendix does not identify their covered products or models. Obtain the original certificate annex before matching a number to a transformer.
The disclosed records ended on 5 January 2026 and 9 September 2025 respectively. They are expired. Ask for the renewed certificate if your tender requires it.
The manufacturer’s 35 kV product page names the prototype and testing centre. The report number, date and full report still need to be supplied for an order-specific check.
Before ordering, confirm in writing with the manufacturer: the certificate number and annex for your exact model, its current status, and the full type-test report. Images are generic illustrations.
