MANUFACTURER PROFILE
Oil-immersed power equipment, industrial transformer duties and renewable-energy substations from Shenyang, Liaoning.
Fulin’s published range includes oil-immersed power transformers, furnace and rectifier equipment, wind/solar substations, and cast or impregnated dry-type designs. Its history distinguishes the predecessor factory from today’s Shenyang Fulin company.
The manufacturer traces its origins to Shenyang Limin Switch Factory in 1991. Its history says a horizontal business association with the former Shenyang Special Transformer Factory began in 1996, using a branch-factory name, but without a substantive ownership relationship. The same history describes the end of that association and adoption of the Fulin company name in February 2003.
The history records relocation to a newly built Qingzhou Street site in 2006. The current contact page gives No. 70-1 Qingzhou Street, Sujiatun District, Shenyang. For purchasing and visits, use the present legal company and current contact location. The predecessor account should not be used to imply that a different Shenyang transformer business stands behind the contract.
The manufacturer traces its beginnings to Shenyang Limin Switch Factory.
A branch-factory name was used during cooperation with the former Shenyang Special Transformer Factory. The history says there was no substantive affiliation.
The history records adoption of the Shenyang Fulin name in February, after the association ended.
The history describes moving into the newly built site. The current contact page gives No. 70-1 Qingzhou Street.
The company’s main introduction describes a comprehensive range at 110 kV and below, including oil-immersed power, furnace and rectifier transformers. It separately describes distribution equipment at 35 kV and below. The homepage also carries a 132 kV oil-immersed product heading. For a project at that higher voltage, request the specific proposed design and its technical documentation rather than applying the catalogue heading to the whole company range.
For a grid or station transformer, define the voltage ratio, rating, tap arrangement and installation duty. For a furnace or rectifier transformer, describe the connected process and operating cycle as well. These special-purpose families cannot be evaluated solely by matching a kVA number to a conventional power transformer. Agree the proposed electrical duty and the relevant acceptance tests before comparing offers.

Fulin’s introduction names wind-generation and photovoltaic combined substations at 35 kV and below. It also lists epoxy-cast, impregnated and special dry-type equipment within that voltage class, together with switchgear and distribution assemblies. A renewable-energy inquiry should therefore identify whether the requirement is for the transformer itself or the complete substation package.
For the package, define the switching, protection, control and enclosure boundaries. For dry-type equipment, specify winding construction, cooling and environmental conditions. The catalogue’s cast and impregnated labels identify different manufacturing routes; they do not establish the enclosure or insulation system for every offer. Losses, impedance and winding material should be recorded for the exact proposed configuration on the quotation schedule.

| Published reference | Context supplied by the listing | Useful follow-up |
|---|---|---|
| Xide County Nibo substation | 35 kV substation | Offered transformer configuration and dated acceptance record |
| Zhenlai Taobao No. 2 main-transformer expansion | 66 kV substation expansion | Interface with the existing station and original test schedule |
| Lujiang Leqiao main-transformer upgrade | 35 kV energy-efficiency retrofit | Guaranteed losses and the basis used for the replacement comparison |
Fulin's project list contains identifiable distribution and substation references. Entries displayed with a publication date of 25 August 2025 include the 35 kV Nibo substation for Xide County in Liangshan, Sichuan; the No. 2 main-transformer expansion at the 66 kV Taobao substation in Zhenlai, Baicheng, Jilin; and the main-transformer efficiency upgrade at the 35 kV Leqiao substation in Lujiang, Anhui. The names help a buyer request a reference close to a proposed network duty.
These are manufacturer-published references. The displayed listing date is not used as a delivery or commissioning date, and the entries alone do not establish the equipment's operating performance. For an order needing a completed-project reference, ask for the model, supplied scope and relevant acceptance documents. A retrofit reference is most helpful when its electrical duty resembles the buyer's replacement requirement.

Fulin’s historical account describes a technical-development function using computer-aided design and later information-management tools. It also includes dated descriptions of production and inspection equipment. These explain the company’s published development history, but equipment counts from an earlier year should not be treated as an inventory for a current factory visit.
Set the inspection agenda around the order: winding and insulation processing for the selected construction, core and assembly work, and the test facilities needed for the proposed voltage class. Ask for the current inspection plan and model-related documents. This gives a buyer a more concrete basis for a visit than a general company-size or historical quality-award statement.

Prepare an RFQ for FULINThe manufacturer’s history describes a horizontal business association and explicitly distinguishes it from substantive affiliation. The present Fulin company name dates from the later independent-company stage.
The main description states 110 kV and below, while the homepage has a 132 kV product heading. A 132 kV project needs a specific design discussion and documentation.
Only if the scope is made explicit. Identify the switching, protection, controls, enclosure and assembly work included in a substation package.

Company catalogues describe product families and options. Before you order, ask the manufacturer for the type-test report and acceptance documents for your exact model and rating.
