Series reference · amorphous-core resin-cast dry-type
Tianrui’s SCBH15 family combines an amorphous-alloy core with resin-cast dry-type construction. Its original page lists 6/10 kV variants, 50 Hz and 30–3,150 kVA, while describing a copper-foil low-voltage winding. The core-related energy claim is not a capacity-specific loss guarantee or proof of a project saving.

Read the core and winding descriptions separately
The manufacturer describes either a three-phase five-column or three-column core arrangement, with supporting frame protection. These are series construction choices. Obtain the selected core arrangement and handling instructions for the proposed rating instead of assuming both are present in one design.
The low-voltage coil is explicitly described as copper foil. That statement does not establish the high-voltage conductor material, a complete bill of materials or one universal winding construction for every variant. Ask for both winding materials, insulation system and temperature-rise limits on the returned specification.
The model-meaning illustration identifies SCBH15 as three-phase, resin-cast, low-voltage foil and amorphous alloy. Its blank capacity and rated-high-voltage positions reinforce that an exact model must be specified. The code describes a family; it does not supply the missing selected-unit loss, mass or dimension schedule.

Select one compatible electrical arrangement
The technical list gives 6 and 10 kV voltage levels, frequency 50 Hz, capacity 30–3,150 kVA, Dyn11/Yyn0, F/H insulation and tap choices ±2 × 2.5% or ±5%. It also lists de-energized or on-load regulation. These are options without a full configuration mapping, not permission to combine every choice freely.
The high-voltage insulation entries are 6 kV LI60AC20 and 10 kV LI75AC35. Request the complete dielectric schedule for all windings and the chosen ratio; the reviewed list does not fix a secondary voltage or an enclosure/cooling package. Confirm which tap and regulation arrangement the offered model actually supports.

Ask for losses and test conditions, not a blanket saving
The source claims no-load loss 70–80% below a stated GB/T10228 reference value. It does not identify a standard edition, selected capacity’s comparison value or current guaranteed loss schedule in the reviewed description. Treat this as a manufacturer comparative claim, not a verified percentage for the unit you intend to buy.
Ask for no-load and load-loss guarantees, the load-loss reference temperature, measurement basis and agreed tolerances for the chosen configuration. A low no-load claim alone does not establish total annual energy cost. Compare at the same duty and supply operating hours, load profile and energy-price assumptions for a project study.
The source also makes a low-partial-discharge claim in a translated manufacturing description. Request the numerical requirement in an unambiguous unit, test voltage, method and matched report. Its process wording and qualitative short-circuit statement do not substitute for a verified test schedule for the ordered design.
Identify the baseline
Ask the supplier to state the standard edition, model/rating and comparison conditions behind any percentage claim.
Obtain exact guarantees
Keep measured results, contractual guarantees and general series claims in separate fields.
Evaluate the project duty
Compare equal configurations and the actual loading; leave savings unknown where inputs or evidence are missing.

Specify the installation and commercial handover
The application list includes buildings, networks, stations and power facilities but does not provide site-specific suitability. Give ambient, altitude, ventilation, enclosure, terminals and service-access requirements. Obtain the final layout, installed/transport mass, cooling/controller package and installation instructions for the selected design.
No verified price or lead time is available. Ask for a dated, itemized offer covering the selected core/winding design, regulation apparatus, cooling, enclosure, tests, packing and support. Confirm currency, trade term and validity. Track technical approval, manufacture, tests, factory release, dispatch and destination arrival separately, identifying the event starting the quoted lead time.

Buyer questions
Does copper foil mean both windings are copper?
The text identifies the low-voltage copper-foil winding only. Confirm high-voltage materials separately.
Is 70–80% my guaranteed annual saving?
No. It is a manufacturer no-load comparison claim without a complete matched baseline here; annual savings need the selected values and duty.
Is the tap changer definitely on-load?
Both regulation modes are listed as family options. Obtain the exact offered apparatus and configuration.
Is the secondary voltage fixed by this page?
The technical list does not establish one selected secondary ratio. State it in the inquiry and obtain confirmation.
