Made-to-order family · isolation and phase arrangements
Huarun groups SGB three-phase, DGB single-phase and SDB three-phase-to-single-phase arrangements on a custom isolation-transformer page. The published 10–2,000 kVA range is a family statement, not a rating matrix for all three arrangements. Start with input/output phase requirements and the load duty before asking for a configured offer.

Choose the phase arrangement before the kVA
The title explicitly distinguishes SGB, DGB and SDB. The description says the family changes voltage and electrically separates the input and output windings. It does not supply the connections, phase-loading limits or detailed winding diagram of a proposed SDB unit.
Provide the incoming supply phases, voltage and frequency, the outgoing voltage and phases, the load duty and any imbalance or starting requirements. Ask the maker to return the proposed connection diagram and allowable loading conditions. Do not assume a three-phase-to-single-phase design has the same supply requirements as a conventional three-phase unit.

| Item | Published reference | Buyer action |
|---|---|---|
| SGB | Three-phase label | Confirm input/output connections and required neutral. |
| DGB | Single-phase label | State supply and load voltage, frequency and duty. |
| SDB | Three-phase-to-single-phase label | Request the actual winding/phase arrangement and loading limits. |
| Capacity | 10–2,000 kVA family range | Confirm achievable rating for the selected arrangement. |

Specify what electrical isolation must achieve
The page describes input/output winding isolation and qualitative interference suppression. It gives no verified dielectric test voltage, insulation classification, shielding arrangement, attenuation curve or protective-system design. An isolation-family label is not a complete electrical safety specification or a numerical noise-filter guarantee.
State the required insulation and dielectric acceptance, earthing and neutral interfaces and any electrostatic-screen requirement on the inquiry. Ask for a winding/terminal diagram and supporting test scope. Have the responsible designer review those interfaces within the complete installation rather than using the product-family description as an operating or safety instruction.
The site navigation separately lists autotransformers, certified transformers and medical transformers. Those neighbouring categories do not establish certification, medical suitability or a specific approval for this SGB/DGB/SDB record. Request documents for the actual offered design if such requirements apply.

Turn the custom product into a verifiable rating sheet
The source says production is customized to different electrical requirements. It does not give a fixed voltage ratio, frequency, tap schedule, winding material, temperature rise, enclosure, cooling arrangement, impedance, losses, noise, dimensions or mass. Each of these belongs in the returned configuration schedule, not in an invented default package.
Describe nonlinear loads, motor starting, intermittent operation or other relevant service conditions. Ask for the selected continuous duty, temperature limits and cooling/enclosure conditions. Request no-load/load-loss guarantees and their reference temperature only after the proposed electrical design is identified.
For machinery integration, provide the available footprint, mounting, terminals, cable entry and maintenance access. Obtain the final general arrangement and identify the drawing revision on the purchase order. A family photograph does not determine the dimensions or wiring space for a particular kVA.
Return the load brief
Define phase arrangement, voltages, frequency, continuous duty and exceptional load conditions.
Approve the design schedule
Review connection, insulation, materials, cooling, losses and mechanical interfaces as one matched proposal.
Approve acceptance documents
Specify electrical tests, marking, drawings and installation instructions required at release.

Compare the same custom scope
Ask quotations to include or separately price the enclosure, screen, terminals, cooling, tests, packing and integration support. Confirm whether the quoted rating and dimensions apply to SGB, DGB or SDB. A price for another phase arrangement or a bare unit will not make a comparable offer.
No verified price or lead time is published for the selected custom design. Request a dated quotation with currency, trade terms, validity and exclusions. Separate design approval, manufacture, agreed factory tests, dispatch and delivery to the named destination; identify which approval or order event starts the schedule.

Buyer questions
Does the 2,000 kVA limit apply to every phase arrangement?
The source gives a family capacity range without a configuration matrix. Confirm rating and phase arrangement together.
Does isolation establish a medical or certification approval?
No. Separate site categories are not evidence for the offered unit. Request matched documents for the actual requirement.
Is interference attenuation quantified?
No attenuation curve or test conditions are supplied in the reviewed page. Ask for evidence against the stated interference requirement.
Are voltage and enclosure fixed?
The product is described as made to customer requirements. Obtain a complete configuration-specific offer.
